Preventative Maintenance Packages

Bronze Package

Preventative service package and one hour of repair work per month; starts at $109 per month (materials not included).

Silver Package

Preventative service package and two hours of repair work per month; starts at $189 per month (materials not included).

Gold Package

Preventative service package and four hours of repair work per month; starts at $349 per month (materials not included).

Platinum Package

Preventative services package and six hours of repair work per month; starts at $499 per month (materials not included).

Preventative Maintenance Visits Include:

Project manager maintenance
Repairs assessment and recommendations
Inspect the property exterior for cracks and holes in the siding or paint
Gutter and downspout inspection and cleaning
Roof inspection, cleaning, and moss treatment application (twice a year in the Fall and Spring)
Heating and cooling ductwork inspection
Inspect plumbing for leaks
Inspect caulking in bathroom and kitchen; repair as needed
Inspect and clean dryer vents, bathroom exhaust fans, kitchen exhaust hoods
Test smoke, carbon dioxide detectors, and fire extinguisher; replace as needed

Do you need additional preventive services or repairs? No problem! As a preferred customer, you will receive a reduced rate of $69 per hour for repairs, including emergency service and a reduced 30% deposit requirement (the standard rate is $199.00 per hour for repairs with a 50% deposit requirement).
